it’s one of my very favorite venues for wedding photography. the owners are fantastic, the grounds are superb, and there’s an amazing place for photos at every turn. so when you take J&D farms and add a couple i adore as much as megan and kory, it’s a match made in heaven!

megan began her day in the carriage house with her mom and bridesmaids…

but soon made her way out to meet privately with kory. i already knew i loved them from shooting their engagement session, but seeing them as bride and groom made me smile all the more.

megan and kory’s fabulous wedding party joined them after they had had some time alone…

and then a throng of excited family and friends arrived for the beautiful ceremony against the blue sky of a crisp december afternoon.

(and for the record, stacie, you WAY exceeded the cry-quota that kory gave you earlier in the day.) 😉

once megan and kory had officially become mr. and mrs., the guests all moved into the barn for a fun and fabulous reception hosted by the always-incredible feel the beat entertainment (thank you, tre!).
