as anna and i drove away from shooting their wedding we said it over and over again – they are such a happy couple. these two photos were taken at almost the exact same time in different parts of the church before dianna and jonathan saw one another…
but what’s wonderful and fun separately is simply perfection together.
we began their day with a sweet time for just the two of them, and their love and care for one another was absolutely undeniable.
we moved throughout the day and into what is typically the more predictable part of shooting a wedding. little did i know what dianna and jonathan had planned for their post-ceremony exit, though! although i could never, ever trade in my camera, i was so thankful that the wonderful gary rush of rush videos was there to capture this awesomely fun dance on their way out of the church. i love these people!
the dancing kept going right on through to their reception, and their guests looked on as dianna and jonathan absolutely lit up the room with their infectious smiles and laughs.
after several teary and beautiful toasts by their families and friends…
word got out that their getaway car had arrived. i could write a whole post about ron marko of vintage auto chauffeur and his newly-restored 1940 packard that he provided. he was professional, delightful, and even dressed for the occasion. and most importantly, dianna and jonathan were delighted.
congratulations, dianna and jonathan, on a beautiful start to your marriage. i pray that you always laugh as hard as you did on your wedding day.
